Clinical Supervision for Therapists in Training

Becoming a therapist is a powerful, beautiful, and often hard, messy, and deeply personal journey and you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado, I offer individual clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists who are looking for a supportive, relational, and growth-oriented space to develop their clinical skills and professional identity.

My supervision style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I want to help you become the best therapist you are, not a copy of someone else. We’ll explore the clinical, emotional, and practical sides of the work together, from client dynamics and ethical decisions to burnout, identity, and imposter syndrome.

I bring years of experience from hospital social work and psychology teams, community mental health, group practice, and private practice. I particularly enjoy supporting therapists who are passionate about trauma-informed care, ADHD, LGBTQ+ affirming work, and emotion-focused therapy and have worked with many other areas.

While I only offer individual supervision, I’m happy to connect you with trusted colleagues who provide group supervision if you’re looking for both. Supervision is available both virtually and in-person at my Denver office.

Rates range from $70–$100/hour, depending on frequency and format. If that does not fit your price range I am willing to work with what you can offer as I have been through what you are experiencing as a pre-licensed professional.

If you're seeking a grounded, honest, and encouraging supervisor for this chapter of your professional journey, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
